JEFF A. DAVIS
Founder/Designer

Davis has been working in the live entertainment industry for 12 years designing lighting and programming shows all over the world. Most notable is his design for Ocean blast Fever in Yeosu, Korea. Some local companies include: Hale Centre Theatre, Nearly Naked Theatre, Mesa Encore Theatre, Ballet Etudes, Spire Music, Southwest Shakespeare Company, Black Theatre Troupe, and the Arizona Academy of the Performing Arts. Additionally Davis has worked on the national touring productions of Footloose (2008-09), The Wedding Singer (2009-10), All Shook Up (2010-11), and BLaST! (2011-2012) where he served as Head Electrician and Moving Light Programmer.

LINDSEY KAY
Project Manager

Lindsey is a graduate of Lindenwood University in St. Charles, MO. She has been working in various aspects of professional shows for over 4 years. Her passion when it comes to live theatre is to help others succeed. She has worked towards her passion mostly by stage managing and working with children. Her all-time favorite show is Into the Woods because there are so many ways to present the great message it gives to families. Her favorite show she has worked on is a devised version of A Christmas Carol (2014) because of the wonderfully collaborative experience it was to devise a piece of theatre. She has worked with Six Flags Great America, Phoenix Theatre, Lindenwood Family Theatre, Stagedoor Manor, and others.

alanna rae
General manager/operations

Alanna Rae is currently a student at Arizona State University, pursuing a Bachelors in Business Communication. She says that although she loves business, she is completely crazy about art. She intends to use her business degree in a way that feeds and utilizes both of those passions. Her goal is to make great theater more accessible in her community and beyond. 

Her initial first-hand experience of the work of Davis Entertainment was in 2015, when Jeff Davis provided the lighting designs for a production of Rodgers and Hammerstein's Carousel at the Mesa Arts Center. Alanna was a member of the cast of that production and could not believe how the lighting allowed her to fully immerse herself in the world of the play. Now, two years later, she says she feels proud to be part of a company that pride themselves on creating a world for artists and audiences to truly fall into.

Skye helps us out around the office by greeting clients at the door. Skye is a 7 year old Golden Retriever who loves lasers, light, and reflections.

IRIS

Iris came to us from New York City where she began her career as a clothing model. Now at Davis she manages our security and assists us with teaching lighting education and helps demo products in our light lab.
